We place a high value in hand made designs. In our factory in Corinth our designer can create your design from either a prototype or a sketch for your collection.

SAMPLE AND FINAL PATTERN
The creation of a sample is an essential step in the preparation for the construction. With a sample you can check the fit of your garment, the shape, the way in which the fabric is cut. After the development of a sample we send it back to our clients for them to evaluate what changes must be made. This process may need a lot of samples to be made and finally a garment will be produced especially to match your standards.
The size development of a pattern is the final step of the procedure where we translate your base pattern to all the size specs. This is done based on your requirements in combination with our experience and resulting to the right fit for the garment of your preference.

CUTTING
The cutting process is a very important factor. The patterns and the cutting designs are worked on a Gerber AccuMark Programme. All our designs are digital and placed electronically for our cutting design.

PRINTING
EMBROIDERY
Once you decide with our designer the designs you want to print/ embroider in your collection, and you have made the necessary changes accordingly to your preferences of colors, the production of the printing/ embroidery starts.
PRINTING
The print is done with screens on a MHM S Type 8 color with a big experience in different qualities and print processes. After the screens are photographed accordingly with the colors you wish in each design, the print process starts accordingly with the materials you have chosen for your design. The garments then pass through a specialized oven, at temperatures according to the composition of the fabric in which the prints are polymerized to stabilize the colors.
EMBROIDERY
The embroidery is done on a Tajima machine with fifteen heads embroidering at the same time with a possibility of twelve different colors for each design. The yarns used are color fast and they accurately capture your design.

SEWING
Our sewing sector is the most difficult phase in the production of the garment. In this sector the production is divided in sectors according to the type of garment being sewed. We are able to sew all the types of seams needed according to the type of garment or we can find for you a solution if you want to sew something specialized.

All garments are ironed with a steam iron for their perfection.
Packing is made according to your specifications, labels, Barcodes and packing bags to your preference.
